Machine Traders (Bots)
Overview
Subscribed TradeArena traders with active commitments can launch machine traders (bots) that evaluate TradeArena orders and commit on their behalf. Each paid plan bundles a monthly free AI/GPU credit allocation that resets each month; traders can top-up additional credits from a partner neocloud compute pool (e.g. vast.ai) by debiting their linked account balance.
Bots are owned by the subscriber (owner_id). Every bot evaluation consumes AI
credits (LLM inference + compute), metered in an append-only credit ledger.
How It Works
- Launch — from TradeArena → My Bots → Launch Bot, pick markets (commodity / FX / GPU / options), a risk profile, and a collateral + credit budget.
- Route — when a new order is generated and validated on-chain, the orchestrator selects eligible active bots (capability match, collateral ≥ bond, credit balance > 0, not already committed) and evaluates them.
- Evaluate — the bot's LLM decision model analyzes the order against live market data and decides whether to commit. Each evaluation consumes AI credits.
- Commit — if the bot decides to commit, it submits an on-chain commitment linked to the owning subscriber.
- Manage — pause / resume / terminate, fund or withdraw collateral, and top-up credits at any time.
