Bond Yields

bond_yield is a TradeArena asset class that turns financed B2B subscriptions into tradable monthly yield. Each order is one month of yield from one subscription (ARENA-BOND-{pool}-M{month}), settled on actual customer receipt through the platform vault.

What backs the yield

Two product flavours, one asset type:

  • GPU cloud allocations — datacentre GPU capacity (e.g. RTX PRO 6000, A100, L40S) sold as reserved $/GPU-hour subscriptions. Month-1 is typically net-$0 (the upfront deposit credit covers it); yield starts month 2.
  • Homes — rented and mortgaged residential subscriptions, including short-let stays. Monthly yield tracks the amort schedule (principal + interest + bundled property insurance and life cover).
  • Credit — subscription-financed catalog goods: equipment, furniture & fittings, building materials, and similar. Yield follows the installment schedule; pools group by catalog variant.

Traders compete and settle exactly like any other asset class: commitments with collateral, 3/4 fairness rule, winner-takes prize pool. See Trading Strategies for mechanics.

What you're really pricing

The underlying asset's yield, not any single subscriber's obligation. One subscription's deposit, credit, and payments are its own — but performance is read at asset level: every pool and month the same home or GPU allocation backs, rolled into occupancy (settled ÷ listed), collections vs receivables, and payer mix. Start from the asset rollup, drill into pools only to explain what the rollup shows.
